- US Citizenship
- BS or MS in Engineering and 10+ years of work experience in a product development or manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of optical design, mechanics and material science concepts, and system integration
- CAD modeling of ceramics
- Experience working with and managing vendors for part fabrication
- Experience designing with 3D CAD software to create complex assemblies and parts
- Experience planning and executing on prototype build plans
- US Citizenship
- Over 5 years of experience in production and R&D environment
- Extensive experience in semiconductor assembly processes — die prep, die attach, flip chip, underfilling, wire bonding, molding, singulation, anodic bonding and back-end processes
- Background in process development of new tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
